Join our distillery manger for a tasting in the old Caol Ila cooperage, sampling Caol Ila’s finest wares, perfectly matched with a verity of delicious canapes to enhance the flavours of the whisky.

Our production operators will be hosting our tours for the day; join them for a behind the scenes look at the distillery. Finish up by enjoying a couple of drams of Caol Ila including the new 2018 Festival bottling hosted by Ewan Gunn our whisky specialist.

This trip includes visits to the peat moss, Port Ellen Maltings and both Caol Ila and Lagavulin distilleries. You'll also be treated to a buffet lunch and an exclusive tasting of our finest wares.
