Nose

Soft and gentle with appetising aromas of baked apple and sweet orange fruit, beeswax and spice.

Body

Light to medium. Gently coating.

Palate

Smooth, sweet and spicy, with some acidity, even a shake of salt. Rich in mature fruit notes.

Finish

Long, with an enduring warmth.

Appearance

Bright polished brass with amber lights; very fine beading.

Nose

Soft and gentle, with appetising aromas of baked apple and orange zest, beeswax, crystalized orange and cedar-like spice. Grows sweeter, with hints of brown sugar and sponge cake; then fruity, with red apple and honey. Finally, embracing warmth.

Palate

Smooth, sweet and spicy, with some acidity, even a shake of salt. Fruity, with a lightly smoky-savoury edge. Raisin-rich, with smooth barley sugar, before growing powerful and mint-clean; then drier and lightly chalky.

Finish

Long, with an enduring warmth. Clean and pleasingly bitter, with a gentle, cleansing pine-dryness.
