I filled out the registration form, why wasn’t my account created?
Malts.com may be experiencing a higher-than-expected volume of traffic and sign-ups due to the Fèis Ìle Festival pre-sale. If the sign-up form doesn’t work when you try to register, refresh the page and try signing up again. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support email at malts@intervino.co.uk to get help from a customer service representative.
Please note, if you are emailing outside of business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) we will not be able to respond until the following business day.
I’m trying to register an account, but I’m getting an error message that says, “The user you are attempting to sign up is invalid.” What should I do?
Double-check that all the information in the registration form is entered correctly. Please check:
Is all of your user information accurate and spelled correctly?
Does the password you’ve selected meet security requirements?
Are you over 18 years of age?
If you’ve confirmed the information is correct but are still seeing the error, try resetting your password from the Login page by clicking “Forgot Password?” and following the directions.

I’m trying to add a Fèis Ìle Festival product to my basket, but the button says “Members Only”
The Fèis Ìle presale is only available to Malts Club members. The Malts Club is completely free to join and provides members with exclusive discounts on Malts.com purchases as well as access to special Malts events such as this presale! If you’d like to take advantage of the presale, you can register for a membership and begin collecting points on every purchase you make.
I’ve logged into my account, but I can’t add any Fèis Ìle Products to my basket
Fèis Ìle Festival Special Release products can be added to your cart at the start of the member presale. The presale will take place:
Lagavulin: 7pm GMT 28th May Caol Ila: 7pm GMT 30th May
You will not be able to purchase these products ahead of the presale. Following the presale, all festival special releases will be made available to the general public.
Can I use my points on Fèis Ìle Festival products?
Yes! If you have existing Malts Club points that are ready to be redeemed, you can apply them towards your purchase of Fèis Ìle Festival products. You will see the option to redeem your points during checkout in the order summary section.
How does Malts Club work?
For each purchase you make, you’ll earn 5 point per pound spent which you can redeem in increments of £5, £10, £15, or £20 on future purchases. 500 points = £5. Just log in to your Malts Club account when checking out to have access to your rewards points. Points expire after a year of inactivity, so the more often you shop, the longer you'll be able to hold onto your points!
Can I get points for my previous orders?
No, you start accumulating points with your first purchase after enrolment.

What benefits do I get with Malts Club?
The more you spend, the more exclusive benefits you unlock, including a birthday discount, sneak peeks at new products, access to exclusive content, and more!
How do I apply my Malts Club points to a new order?
If you're placing a one-time order, you'll be able to apply your rewards points directly during checkout under the order summary section! Just make sure you're logged in first to see and use your points at checkout.
Please note: only one discount is allowed per order. You will not be able to apply another discount in addition to your rewards points.
