Smoky Rich Delicate Light


From a valley cut by the River Spey.


Pale gold.


Mild, closed. Lightly fruity like greengages and white grapes. With water, fresh and estery, but still relatively closed.


Medium-bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.


Warming. Light sweetness, some acidity.


Dry, medium length. Some chocolate and light coconut in the aftertaste.

Mild nose-feel. Closed. Lightly fruity - greengages and white grapes. With water, fresh and estery, but still relatively closed. Green pea-pods. Wisp of smoke - dead fires or charred wood. Very light medicinal note: Elastoplast. Nose reduces considerably with development. Warm wood.
