Auchroisk works best served in a traditional whisky glass, neat or with a little water.
A little known resident of Speyside.
Mild, sweet and fresh. Ground almonds, even dry marzipan, with some dark chocolate that eventually becomes nuttier.
Smooth, with a light to medium body.
Takes a fair amount of water. Light and fresh; pleasant mouthfeel. Sweetish start, some acidity.
Surprisingly dry, fairly short – all well balanced.
