A coastal distillery in the Northern Highlands, Brora is, sadly, long-closed. But this distinctive, wonderfully maritime bottling means it lives on a little longer.
Powerfully herbal, with characteristic oily-waxiness. Seaweedy. Sweet rum-toffee, revealing deeper, fruity notes of dried orange peel.
Oily, full bodied.
Fruity olive oil. Samphire. Thickly sweet with some saltiness and a scented smokiness.
Peppery olive oil. A distinctly charred, dry finish.
