  • Fresh lemon juice
    25ml
  • Sugar syrup
    2 parts sugar dissolved over heat into 1 part water
    15ml
  • Mint leaves

Bartender tip: Our method bumps up the mint flavour by including the leaves in the cocktail shaker. If you prefer a more subtle flavour, reserve the mint for garnish.
