Matured mostly in Bourbon Hogshead and partly in European refill casks.
Oak furniture, cider apples, banana, fudge notes, Mandarin orange, orange, licorice and brown sugar.
Firm, rich and smoky.
Heather, notes of roses. Salted caramel, chili chocolate, smoky barley and nectarines, creamy and waxy.
The smoke becomes sweet in the finale, along with cedar wood. Very long finish.
