Bartender tip: Shake this cocktail hard for a full 20 seconds - it helps properly blend the ingredients for a smoother, silkier texture. Don’t skip the pinch of salt either. It enhances the sweetness of the pineapple and helps bring out the smoky notes in the whisky.
