To ensure the best possible visitor experience tours sizes are kept to a maximum of 16 people.
Please arrive at least ten minutes before your tour time to give you time to purchase your tickets.
Multiple tasting after tours and the tasting options are always very popular and on occasions, we may have to restricted availability depending on visitor numbers and staffing levels.
For health & safety reasons, children under 8 years old are not permitted in the production areas of the distillery.

Extra tasting options are subject to availability and are not available on the last tour of the day.
We will make reasonable adjustments to the distillery visitor tour that we offer at each visitor centre to ensure that disabled persons including those with guide dogs or other assistance dogs have a positive visitor experience and, above all else, remain safe.
Disabled persons including those with guide dogs and other assistance dogs are welcome at our 12 distillery visitor centres. If you are a guide dog assisted person we ask you to book your visit in advance highlighting your specific requirements so that we can endeavour to deliver a positive visitor experience.
The unique layout of each distillery location and visitor centre means that the reasonable adjustments we make at each distillery may vary.
We are the highest distillery in the land and weather conditions can be severe, we can and do get cut off. It is always best during winter months to phone 01540 672219 in advance of setting out to see if we are open to visitors.
