The Smoky Sweet Old Fashioned is a bold twist on the classic whisky cocktail, combining the distinctive peat smoke of Lagavulin 11 Year Old Sweet Peat with warming spice and bright citrus. In this variation, the whisky’s rich smoky character is balanced by the aromatic sweetness of allspice and the subtle bitterness of orange bitters, creating a layered and flavourful serve.

Bartender tip: The recipe uses a single large ice cube for a good reason - the larger the ice, the slower it will melt which preserves the drink's flavour for longer.
