Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your experience. We do operate a 'Challenge 25 Policy' and guests who wish to enjoy alcoholic drinks during the experience may be asked to show a legally approved form of ID card as proof of age. Unfortunately, we cannot accept digital copies. Please be advised that motorised wheelchairs and scooters are not permitted in the Cellar due to its classification as an ATEX zone, which presents an explosive hazard. Guests who use motorised wheelchairs or scooters are kindly requested to transfer to a non-motorised mobility aid for the duration of the experience.
