Double Barrel Balance, matured in a golden ratio, with sweet berry flavors from the sherry barrels and silky vanilla from the bourbon barrels, is a perfect example of Chief Blender Maureen Robinson's mastery of barrels to create a world-renowned classic.
Alcoholic Strength: 40
Warm and fruity, with rich, ripe flavors of nectarine, dried orange peel, ripe red apple and fruit sweetness on the palate. Hints of almonds and floral notes.
Mild to moderate.
It has a light texture, slightly gingery flavor, and a silky white chocolate texture, with slightly waxy aromas of dried fruit and assorted raisins. When diluted with water, it releases malty sweetness and almond toffee flavors.
Medium, lingering aroma with dark chocolate, biscuit and cinnamon notes.

30ml of peach iced tea
90ml of soda water
Optional: 2 dashes of absinthe
To make:
1. Mix 45ml of The Singleton, 30ml of peach iced tea, and 90ml of soda water, with an optional 2 dashes of absinthe.
2. Build all ingredients in a highball glass, add cubed ice, and garnish with a twist of lemon zest.
