50 ml Talisker 10 Years Old 20ml lemon juice 15ml honey water Egg white 3 dashes celery bitters
Method
Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake and double strain. Can be served straight up or over ice. Garnish with fennel fronds or samphire.

Method
Take a saucepan and add all ingredients. Heat up until all ingredients are melted and combined. Pour into a mug. Garnish with toasted marshmallow and spice dust.
