Malts Club Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Malts Club Loyalty Program! By joining Malts Club, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern your participation in the program. Please read them carefully.
Malts Club is operated by Diageo Great Britain Limited, a company registered in England and Wales having company number 507652 and registered office at 16 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7HS, United Kingdom (“Diageo”, “We” or “Us”).
1. Membership Eligibility
Malts Club is:
1.1 open to natural persons at least eighteen years of age (or above any higher legal purchase age for alcohol in their jurisdiction) who are acting outside the context of a trade, business or profession.
1.2 not open to companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations or similar entities.
1.3 free to join.
2. Registration and Membership
2.1 To join Malts Club, visit the Malts Club page and complete the registration form.
2.2 During the registration process you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information. Please see our Privacy Notice to learn more about how we use this information.
2.3 You are responsible for the accuracy of this information. If you wish to change any of it, please do so by contacting Malts Club Customer Services via:

2.4 We reserve the right to require confirmation that members are above the legal purchase age for alcohol in their jurisdiction. This may include submission of a valid photo ID or other acceptable proof of age.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership of applicants who are, or we reasonably believe to be, under the legal purchase age for alcohol in their jurisdiction.
2.6 Individuals may only have one membership. We reserve the right to refuse, merge or terminate duplicate memberships.
2.7 Your membership is personal and at all times subject to these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your membership account.
2.8 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. In the event of any fraudulent use of your password or account, we advise you to promptly contact Malts Club Customer Services.
2.9 Your membership is non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged in any manner.
2.10 By joining Malts Club, you consent to receive communications related to Malts Club benefits including any special or promotional offers.
3. Benefits
Members of Malts Club will enjoy:
Priority Access: Exclusive access to select events and products before they are available to the general public.
Free Engraving on applicable products (subject to the Engraving Terms and Conditions)
Free Shipping with every order (subject to the Free Shipping Terms and Conditions)
Latest News: Regular updates from our distilleries, including new product launches and special offers.
Special Offers: as promoted by us from time to time.

4.Termination
4.1 You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting Malts Club Customer Services.
4.2 We reserve the right to terminate memberships that violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.
4.3 All rights to the Membership Benefits will end when we confirm the termination of your membership.
5. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be collected, used, and protected according to our Privacy Policy. By joining Malts Club, you agree to this policy.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
7. Limitation of Liability
While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, we will not be legally responsible to You for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of your membership or which are caused by a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
