Firm, soft, light to medium.
Nose
Smoky campfires, then soapy water and damp wool with a smouldering campfire on the beach some distance away. Traces of minareal oil, then wax.
Palate
A soft and mildly sweet start with some acidity and sea salt.
Finish
A lingering, slightly acidic finish with charred wood notes.
