Right of Withdrawal
RIGHT OF TERMINATION
If you are not satisfied, you can cancel this contract within 14 days. The notice period expires 14 days after the date on which you make the purchase or a third party (other than the carrier) specified by you takes possession of the last part of the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly notify us (ie email) of your decision to cancel the contract to maltsnlsupport@blacksquare.zendesk.com. It is sufficient if you send us a notice before the end of the period of notice informing us of your intention to exercise the right of termination.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION
Upon termination of this Agreement, we will refund any payments we have received from you, including any delivery charges. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred in returning the item. Any diminished value of the goods due to careless handling on your part may be offset against your refund. Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than –14 days after the day on which we have received the delivered goods back from you, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide us with proof of return of the goods, or (if no goods have been delivered) 14 days after the date on which you notify us of your intention to terminate this contract. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another payment method; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the refund. Until we have received the goods back or you have provided us with proof of postage (whichever comes first), we will not issue a refund. You must return the goods to us or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the date on which you notified us of your termination of this contract. If you return the goods before the 14 days have expired, you have met the necessary deadline. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Your handling of the goods should be limited to actions necessary to ascertain their nature, manner and functioning. If further handling of the goods leads to a reduction in value, you are liable for this.
