22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
7.5 ml Benedictine
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Glass type: Coupe
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice, stir for 10 seconds, strain into a frozen coupe glass and garnish with a manicured lemon twist.

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice, stir for 5 seconds, strain onto a large ice cube into a rocks glass, garnish with a manicured orange twist and a pinch of salt.

10 ml Orgeat
Glass type: Rocks
Place all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir over ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a squeezed orange slice.
