A vibrant mix of crisp green apple and red berries lifts from the glass, layered with fruitcake richness and warming spices of cinnamon and ginger. Savoury undertones of worn leather deepen the profile, wrapped in a glow of golden caramel.
Mouth coating and initially sweet on the palate before the deep savoury notes emerge. Juicy orchard and dried fruits come together whilst a dark, savoury warmth unfolds: charred meat with redcurrant jelly.
The sweet and spice notices continue in the long, warming finish.
