Rich, Creamy-Smooth, Spicy Creamy coconut notes lead, a touch of nutmeg follows and thick toffee builds, encircling the earthy, savoury body of the beast Four cask matured in PX/Oloroso seasoned European Oak Butts and ex-red wine, ex-bourbon and virgin American oak hogsheads.
Bold and sweet aromas of creamy coconut with richer prunes, treacle and thick toffee behind. Multi-layered with nutmeg, milk chocolate and juicy blackcurrants. The profile feels deep and indulgent, with each note layering into a dark, velvety sweetness.
Mouth coating and initially sweet on the palate before the deep savoury notes emerge. Juicy orchard and dried fruits come together whilst a dark, savoury warmth unfolds: charred meat with redcurrant jelly.
Long, deep and well-integrated; all the flavours unite with a long-lasting spicy aftertaste, to which water adds a note of tobacco.
