A bold, flavour-packed cocktail that pairs the smooth character of The Singleton with sweet vermouth, tropical mango and a touch of chilli heat. Bitters add depth while an orange twist brings a bright citrus lift, creating a vibrant balance of sweetness, spice and richness in every sip.

- Angostura bitters2 dashes
- Tabasco2 dashes
- Orange peel1

Bartender tip: Try expressing the orange peel before you add it as a garnish - simply peel and then twist over the drink to release its oils. It really can open up the flavours of the whisky.
