PREPARATION
Pour the single malt whisky into a tumbler and enjoy neat or with ice.

Roasted nuts and brown sugar - these are the flavours of The Singleton, but also the ingredients for Amarettini. The tiny macaroons from Italy caress the flavour of the Scottish original with their delicate almond aroma. What is traditionally served with coffee also goes perfectly with The Singleton. APPLE PIE
A classic apple strudel harmoniously complements and enhances the apple flavor of The Singleton: peel and slice 5 to 6 apples. Mix with 1 tbsp lemon juice, 80 g sugar, 100 g grated almonds, 30 g raisins and a little cinnamon. Prepare a ready-made strudel dough and spread the apple mixture on top. Fold in the sides, roll up the dough, brush with a little butter and bake at 200 °C for 30 minutes.

DUCK BREAST WITH GRAPEFRUIT CHUTNEY
Homemade duck breast is an ideal accompaniment to The Singleton Tropical - the savory dish highlights its citrus notes. Score the skin of the duck breast into a diamond shape and season well with salt and pepper. Place the duck breast skin-side down in an ovenproof pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. Then place the pan in the hot oven for 10-12 minutes. Cut into slices and serve with grapefruit chutney and strips of fruit or vegetables.

As an accompaniment, white raspberry chocolate rounds off The Singleton Riverside perfectly. It flanks the light ginger taste of the cocktail and completes its spicy aromas with a fruity note: Simply melt white chocolate and spread on a tray, then spread freeze-dried raspberries on top and leave to set.
