ACCESSIBILITY AT THE SINGLETON OF GLEN ORD

We’re pleased to have consulted Euan’s guide to ensure that we provide disabled access information upfront to give all our visitors the confidence to visit our distillery and enjoy the experience. To help plan your visit, we’ve included an overview of our facilities and what to expect. Please do let us know if you have any specific requirements at the time of your booking and a member of staff will be in touch.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

We have four disabled parking spaces and two family parking spaces in our car park which are approximately 40m from the main entrance. Two electric vehicle charging points are also available.

ACCESSIBLE AREAS

Our guided tour route is accessible via ramps.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS

The team at The Singleton have worked hard to make the whisky visitor experience as physically accessible as possible, both in its design and with the inclusion of a Changing Places WC.

An accessible toilet is available which features handrails throughout, an emergency cord which reaches the floor, a Changing Places room (includes a hoist, bed, shower and toilet) and a baby changing facility which is at an accessible height. This is Scotland’s most northern Changing Places WC - and one of only a handful around the Inverness area.
