Malts.com Full Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over.
2. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion.
3. This Promotion is limited to one per person, per address, email address.
4. Internet access, a valid email address and purchase are required for entry. To enter the Promotion, you must spend a minimum of £250 on Special Releases 2021 products on https://www.malts.com/en-gb/ (does not apply on any other products or tour tickets) between 8:00:00 BST 30/09/21 and 23:59:59 BST 07/10/21.
5. Based on the above criteria, the first 200 customers will receive physical discount codes in their delivery.
6. Free distillery tickets could then be redeemed using these discount codes on malts.com from participating distilleries.
7. If, for any reason, you have cancelled your order or your order has been cancelled due to being flagged as a fraudulent order prior to order fulfilment, your entry into this Promotion will not be considered.
8. These discount codes are one time use codes, redeemable for bookings up to the value of £45 (does not include travel to/from distilleries). Valid until 30th September 2022 across Special Releases distilleries listed below. Redeemable only on distillery tickets, not products at brand homes or malts.com. ○ Talisker ○ Lagavulin ○ Oban ○ Cardhu ○ Royal Lochnagar ○ Singleton (Glen Ord)
9. There is no cash alternative to the discount codes. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the discount codes with a prize of equal or greater value.
10. The Promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy which can be found at https://www.malts.com/en-gb/bsq-privacy-policy. The Promoter will only use your personal information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prize, the Promoter shall share your personal information with a third-party supplier who is responsible for the fulfilment of and delivery of the prize.
11. To ensure the health and wellbeing of our employees and visitors, we will be implementing a number of precautionary measures which include, but are not limited to: temperature checks before entering, limiting the number of visitors on site at any one time, increased cleaning procedures and hand sanitiser stations. Find out how we are keeping you safe before your visit us. Please check the opening times and dates for your preferred distillery or whisky visitor experience before visiting us.
12. Rescheduling is accepted up to 48h before the tour—no rescheduling after that time.
13. Please abide by current Scottish Government law when planning your visit. Check the Scottish Government's website for up to date information before you book.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).
15. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
16. Any purchase is void in the event of a breach of one of the terms of this promotion.
17. Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.
18. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
19. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
