We are currently open as usual but we will be changing our tours, pricing and times for the relaunch in May.
That means we can only take bookings until 29th April at the moment.

We offer a shuttle service from the centre of Edinburgh to Glenkinchie twice a day, 10am and 1:30pm, 7 days a week. Departing from 29 Waterloo Place, outside Howies restaurant. In 1825, farmers John and George Rate built and operated the distillery under the name Milton Distillery until it was licenced and renamed in 1837. Though it was transformed into a sawmill in 1853, the distillery eventually returned to its ‘natural state’ – and much-improved – state, becoming the redbrick Victorian masterpiece we know today.
Packed with medieval tenements, narrow wynds of the Old Town and the sweeping elegance of the Georgian New Town, there's no question that Edinburgh deserves its reputation as one of the most stunning and enthralling cities in the world.
