Johnnie Walker Experience
Located on Princes Street in the heart of Edinburgh, the Johnnie Walker Experience is a modern, multi-sensory whisky attraction dedicated to one of the world’s most famous Scotch whisky brands.
Opened in 2021, the experience invites visitors to explore the story of Johnnie Walker through an immersive, flavour-led journey that blends storytelling, tasting and interactive technology. During the 90-minute experience, guests discover the heritage behind the iconic blends while enjoying a personalised whisky tasting tailored to their flavour preferences.
Visitors can also relax at the rooftop bar with views of Edinburgh Castle or browse the retail store for exclusive bottles and gifts.

At Johnnie Walker, we understand the need to protect and restore the planet’s resources. If 200+ years of perfecting our craft has taught us anything, it’s the vital role that balance plays. We understand how essential the harmonious interplay between wood, water, earth and living creatures is to the world around us. That’s why we’re committed to reducing our footprint ‘from grain to glass’.
We’re pleased to have consulted Euan’s Guide to ensure that we provide disabled access information upfront to give all our visitors the confidence to visit our distillery and enjoy the experience.
