Bramble, Edinburgh

Consistently ranked among the UK's top cocktail bars, Bramble is an iconic brand that has already shaped Edinburgh into one of the leading mixology meccas.

From world class cocktails to world class heritage sites, discover a fresh take on how Scotch can be enjoyed here before heading out and exploring more of what the capital's nightlife has to offer, including nearby St Andrew Square.

The Finnieston, Glasgow

Located on Argyle Street, The Finnieston offers one of Scotland’s largest gin collections, but this time, whisky is taking over. Expect distinguished whisky cocktails alongside exceptional seafood - another of Scotland’s specialties, served up in style - and a memorable Victorian setting.

The Malt Room, Inverness

If you’re visiting Inverness for Scotland Served, make sure to check out The Malt Room, in the historic heart of the city centre. It’s the first bar in Inverness dedicated entirely to whisky, so, naturally, expect some world class serves and service during the festival.

The bar stocks over 300 single malts ranging from local Highland drams to rare, small-batch, and collectible releases from across Scotland.

The Caley Bar, Edinburgh

Set inside the historic Caledonian Hotel - referred to as The Caley to those in the know - where the Old Town, New Town, and West End of Edinburgh meet, The Caley Bar is a place where slow and steady is the only pace.
