This autumn, Scotland Served, A World Class Cocktail Festival, brings together more than 400 bars to celebrate Scotland as one of the world’s greatest destinations for cocktail culture.
Experience expertly crafted cocktails and world-class bartending from across all four corners of Scotland, with a special call out to 1820 Rooftop Bar at The Johnnie Walker Experience in Edinburgh.

1820 Rooftop Bar at The Johnnie Walker Experience, Edinburgh
After enjoying a tour down below, come up to the 1820 Rooftop Bar for expertly crafted cocktails and delicious seasonal plates, all inspired by Johnnie Walker’s journey around the world .
1820 is more than a cocktail bar, it's the next step in Johnnie Walker's continuing legacy celebrating flavours from around the world. Whatever flavour you discover there, pair it with amazing views overlooking Edinburgh.
Bramble, Edinburgh
Consistently ranked among the UK's top cocktail bars, Bramble is an iconic brand that has already shaped Edinburgh into one of the leading mixology meccas.

The Finnieston, Glasgow
Located on Argyle Street, The Finnieston offers one of Scotland’s largest gin collections, but this time, whisky is taking over. Expect distinguished whisky cocktails alongside exceptional seafood - another of Scotland’s specialties, served up in style - and a memorable Victorian setting.
The Malt Room, Inverness
If you’re visiting Inverness for Scotland Served, make sure to check out The Malt Room, in the historic heart of the city centre. It’s the first bar in Inverness dedicated entirely to whisky, so, naturally, expect some world class serves and service during the festival.
The bar stocks over 300 single malts ranging from local Highland drams to rare, small-batch, and collectible releases from across Scotland.
The Caley Bar, Edinburgh
Set inside the historic Caledonian Hotel - referred to as The Caley to those in the know - where the Old Town, New Town, and West End of Edinburgh meet, The Caley Bar is a place where slow and steady is the only pace.
A warm, inviting bar that puts curated cocktails and conversation areas at its heart, you’re cordially invited to sit, sip and simply let the hours roll away. At The Caley Bar, plans can wait - let yourself savour the moment. Once the conversations ebb and the flow of drinks slows down, you're perfectly situated to explore highlights of Edinburgh, including the Johnnie Walker Experience on nearby Princes Street, St Giles' Cathedral, and the Scottish National Gallery.

The Singleton Tasting Dinner at The Citizen, Glasgow
Discover The Singleton over an unforgettable four-course dinner at The Citizen, one of Glasgow’s most historic dining spots.
Hosted by Scotch whisky expert Kirsty Galloway Thomson, the evening pairs a specially curated menu with the flavours and character of The Singleton single malt Scotch whisky. Across four courses, you’ll explore how different dishes complement the whisky, alongside handcrafted The Singleton cocktails created especially for the occasion.

Scotch Whisky Tasting at The Pot Still, Glasgow
Explore five distinctive Scotch whiskies in a tasting guided by Scotch whisky expert Kirsty Galloway Thomson at Glasgow institution The Pot Still.
This drop-in tasting takes you on a journey through different whisky styles, distilleries and regions. Discover the art of blending with a rare Johnnie Walker, try an experimental expression from The Singleton and taste a lesser-seen single malt from the Flora & Fauna collection.
From there, journey to the Isle of Skye with Talisker, exploring its distinctive maritime character before finishing on Kirsty’s favourite whisky island, Islay, with a whisky showcasing the island’s infamous style.
With five whiskies to discover – including some rarely seen expressions – Kirsty will be on hand to share the stories behind each dram and answer your whisky questions along the way.

The Singleton Game Dinner at Eleven Fifty Five, Glasgow
Celebrate the flavours of the Scottish autumn with an intimate five-course game dinner at Eleven Fifty Five, created for just 12 guests.
Seasonal game and wild mushrooms take centre stage, with dishes featuring ingredients such as wild mallard, pheasant, partridge and Cairngorms red deer. The final menu will be shaped by the best seasonal produce available on the day.
Throughout the evening, indulge in bespoke cocktails before moving through a selection of The Singleton single malt Scotch whiskies, chosen to enjoy alongside the five-course menu.
Expect an intimate, relaxed evening of exceptional Scottish food, whisky and seasonal flavours, all served in Eleven Fifty Five’s private dining room.

Start your Friday evening with oysters and cocktails at The Finnieston.
Every Friday during Scotland Served, enjoy £2 oysters between 4pm and 6pm when ordering any Scotland Served cocktail – the perfect excuse to settle in for an early evening drink at one of Glasgow’s best-known seafood bars.

The Singleton Sour
Fancy a preview of what to expect? To make the most sippable sour worthy of savouring, you’ll need:
50ml The Singleton of Dufftown 12-Years-Old
20ml honey
20ml lemon juice
One egg white
To make, combine all your ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice. Dry shake for about 15 seconds, to give it that expert-level foam. Next, add ice to the shaker and shake hard again. Strain into a rocks glass and top with a maraschino cherry.
